They were fun, energetic and tight live, my band got to open for them at an arena in the early 90's. I've always thought the singer sounded like Phil Rind as well.

Saw Messiah Prophet open for Bloodgood here in Kansas City 1987. The release prior was ok for a debut, but it wasn't metal, hard rock at best, then this monster came out. I still listen to Master of the Metal to this day. They then broke up and just kinda fizzled. There was another version of the band, but that went nowhere. Vocalist Charlie Clark passed away in 2018

I know that you've reviewed Tourniquet before, but I was wondering if you've heard Perfect Night for a Hanging? It seems like it would be in your wheelhouse. Also, there is a 90s Christian Band called MORTAL that you might find interesting. They started out as an Industrial band and eventually morphed into more modern rock. If you are interested, check out their song "Filter" off the WAKE album.

I totally forgot sent I this to you. Unfortunately I won't be able to go to the show that happening next Saturday (6-29-24) as they will be about an hour away. That's how I found out they had an album that was released in 2021. Oh and there's a brand new song called Murder Train that was just released back in February. I had the pleasure of seeing them as Green Jello back in the mid to late 80's several times before they hit in somewhat big, in the NYC clubs. Fun shows to go see.

I believe Crimson Glory did wear the masks live for some time. They were dropped at the third album. I was more interested in the music than what they looked like, but I think the masks were a great theatrical 'prop' to make them stand out and garner some attention outside the faact that they also sounded awesome.

The Four Winds album is pure excellence.

That damn trendy electrified barbed wire, whatever you want to call it font that I am so exhausted with...at least it was somewhat readable for these guys. They sure could not have been more clear with the message of this song and the title...maybe try switching to decaf or taking a Dramamine??? 😸 This actually wasn't too bad for me, as frenetic as it was...some of the riffs and crunchy parts were great and it was helpful to me that the vocal eased up in some parts and was not non-stop.

I saw them live in a tiny Norwgian town called Lillestrøm. All the fans were told to NOT jump into the plastic chairs they had put out ... of course we broke them all :) I got Ronnys autograph there, but its long gone now.
