Legit my most favourite song in existence. Bride is my favourite band next to stryper!! They are so cool bro. Idk man but there is just something about christian metal thats better than any other kind. Glam metal and christian metal will forever be my absolute favourite genres. Metal with the high pitched singing just sounds so much better than the screeching and growling, dont get me wrong. I am all for some good death metal, its just higher singing sounds so much cooler, it sends chills down my spine!!

I saw these guys live in 1992. Small club, my friends' band opened. Great band, great songs, cool guys. The homeless bit was a gimmick, but Stanley immersed himself in the role completely, and I can tell you first hand that he looked and smelled the part! Quite a character, and yes, a great voice! Love this album, and I wish they had done more.

Everything Fates Warning did up to this album is freaking Majestic and Divine! Fates Warning then turned into some soft prog band (let's face it they bought the Metallica bug to try to become commerical) but they are back since the 2000's back to the heavy awesome stuff that they know so well. Also check out the Arch/Matheos project to get some real return to form like this!

The look of this whole thing is ridiculous...they look like the cast from a kids TV show that was rejected by Nickelodeon, Disney, AND PBS. It's still a fun and catchy jam, though... "Like a chump...HEY!" never gets old. 😸

I saw them when they were touring for their third album. They opened with "The Hum" (which is one of my favorites). It was probably the most intense and memorable show I have seen. I could still hear it the next day.

Houston was a great place for metal heads in the 80’s and early 90’s. There was at least 6 clubs that had hard rock and heavy metal music nightly. Deadhorse, got really big when I was about 18 or 19, and I got to see them play at least 10-15 times. A band I jammed with quite a bit actually opened for them one night at a club called Pik N Pak.

Yes I've seen Petra live I've seen picture live a total of five or six times in my life two of those times I met the band and have some long amazing conversations with them these guys are real guys about their faith in Christ this isn't just music to them this is what keeps them going praise God for Petra

"Pounding Metal" is a legendary track by them (and always a fav. in the schoolyard, among the Metal brethren, at that time!🤘🤘). This was always Dan Beehler's band [Drummer, Lead Vocalist] He spawned it (&he was the primary force driving its continuation through the years & decades!). 🤘🔥🤘
